“As we navigate recovery and proceed our advocacy endeavours with governments in addressing labour issues, it is vital that we have a fulsome photograph of total compensation and advantages of journey agents throughout Canada,” suggests ACTA President Wendy Paradis.

The preceding whole compensation and rewards survey was done in 2014.

At this issue ACTA is trying to get to update the information with new facts.

Paradis says the facts is an integral section of ACTA’s approach to lobby governments to commit in vacation businesses by demonstrating that the travel sector provides powerful work chances.

The information is also beneficial to travel businesses as they function to draw in new expertise and critique their payment procedures, she provides.

ACTA is inquiring all travel agency homeowners/managers to full the 2022 Full Compensation and Added benefits survey.

The survey need to be finished no later than June 30, 2022.
